A marker, a roll, a ziplock bag - stay with me here….

There is a division in the office…. one which threatens to rear its ugly head from time to time and force some of us to confront those deep, dark secrets that threaten to claw their way to the surface of that brilliantly crafted facade you call your “cool”.

Ok, so in less dramatic prose it went down like this:

If you consider the make-up of the company you get the following:

Group “A”:

I am 33. Kevin is 34. Jeff is 34. Joel is 34. Ian is between 38 - 40 which underscores the fact that I need to be less of a jerk and memorize more important facts like age, rather than just Name, Rank and Serial number.

Moving on, Group “B”:

Dan is 20. Beau is 21. James is 22. Chris is 20.

Here’s the set-up of the joke. If the answer has the following elements, provide the answer in a Jeopardy style phrase.

There was a zip-lock bag with a red number 5 on it and decimals out to a single point (remember the exact value was still five).

There was a sour-dough roll placed inside the bag.

What was the joke that ONLY group A - “got”  and chuckled heartily about?

Heading to quickly into “Eric Clapton Town” and feeling more of a need to buy a “Sting” record every day,

Tom
